Mobile money is a digital financial service that allows users to perform financial transactions such as sending and receiving money, paying bills, and buying goods using a mobile phone.

Deposit: Visit a mobile money agent, provide your phone number, and hand over the cash. The agent will deposit the money into your wallet. Withdraw: Visit an agent, then the agent will initiate a withdrawal from your wallet, and the agent will give you the cash.

Agents earn commissions on transactions they facilitate, such as cash-in, cash-out, and other services provided to customers. while Personal Users typically pay standard fees for transactions and they do not earn any commission.

Currently, our platform only supports local transfers.

To reset your PIN. Open the app. Click on Forgot/Reset PIN. Enter your My Wallet registered number and ID number. Click Next. Enter the OTP number that will be sent via SMS. Reset your new PIN.
